 Parts Department Information

• Hours of Operation: 8am to 5pm MST, Monday through Friday (except holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (24th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
• We ship daily via UPS, FedEx, and others.
• We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

• To help us serve you better, please have the following information ready:
  1. Make of machine
  2. Model of machine
  3. Serial number of the machine
  4. Part number needed or as much information on the part needed as possible. Part numbers are best and are sometimes stamped or printed on the parts.
  5. Quantity of parts needed
  6. Shipping method and speed (ground or air)
  7. Your name, Company Name, Shippind Address, Phone number where you can be reached
  8. Method of payment

• To return a part (including warranty parts), simply fill out a Warranty "Green Sheet" / Parts Return Claim Form, available for download here.
